4. Continue to checkout and select “Sending to multiple recipients?”
   This allows you to ship your order to up to 10 different addresses in one checkout.

This applies to both multi-month gifts and recurring subscriptions.

Standard Orders (no customizations)

• Under 100 boxes: Please contact us at least 2 weeks before your desired delivery date.
• 100 boxes or more: Please place your order at least 3 weeks before your desired delivery date.

Orders with Customizations

Customizations require additional production time before shipping:

• Custom Gift Notes / Cards: + 1 week
• Customized Ribbon with Wrap: + 2 weeks
• Branded Sleeves: + 2 weeks
• Branded Boxes: + 8 weeks

These production times are added to your base lead time.

We offer two methods:

Method 1 - Recipient Self-Entry

• We generate unique redemption codes matching the number of boxes you ordered.
• You send the codes + link to your recipients, and they enter their own shipping addresses.

Method 2 - We Ship Directly on Your Behalf

• If you'd prefer the boxes to be a surprise, you can provide us with all recipient shipping addresses and phone numbers.
  We will process and ship all boxes for you.

Our boxes ship directly from Japan. Timing varies due to international transit and customs.

• Free Standard Shipping: Typically 1–2 weeks from ship date, but may take up to 3 weeks during customs or postal delays.
• Express Shipping (optional): 4-6 days from ship date (+$14.99 per box).
